# Agents

> Use agents with PlanetScale to answer database questions, investigate performance, and prepare fixes.

Connect an agent to PlanetScale to get help with your databases. The hosted MCP server provides access to database information and tools, while PlanetScale skills provide guidance for investigating queries and planning changes.

## PlanetScale Bot for Grok Bot

Get started with PlanetScale, ask questions about your database, and investigate slow or failing queries. Connect a codebase to trace database issues back to your code and help fix them via Cloud Agents, or set up webhooks to follow database events.
